Perks for Brands

Perks you create in the Partner Portal automatically appear in the Perks Marketplace for all Resonance users to discover and claim.

Creating Perks​

Perks are created in the Partner Portal as NFT collections:

  1. Go to Perks → Create Collection

  2. Set collection details:

    • Name — Display name shown in marketplace
    • Description — What the user receives
    • Image — Visual for the perk card
    • Burn Price — RSNC credits required to claim
    • Supply — Total number available

  3. The collection is created on-chain via the PerkNFT smart contract

  4. It appears in the Perks Marketplace immediately

Perk Lifecycle​

Create in Partner Portal
    ↓
On-chain via PerkNFT contract
    ↓
Visible in Perks Marketplace
    ↓
Users claim (burn RSNC → mint NFT)
    ↓
Supply decreases until sold out

Pricing Strategy​

Perks are priced in RSNC credits. The exchange rate is $1 USD = 1,000 RSNC.

Mix prices — have low-cost perks (achievable quickly) and aspirational perks (long-term goals) to keep users engaged at all levels.

Supply Management​

  • Limited supply creates urgency and drives engagement
  • Low-stock warnings appear automatically when supply is running low
  • Sold-out perks are marked as unavailable but remain visible

How Users Discover Your Perks​

Users find perks through:

  • Browse all — Default view shows all available perks
  • Category filter — Filter by perk type
  • Brand filter — View all perks from a specific brand
  • Price filter — Find perks within budget
  • Search — Keyword search

Analytics​

Track perk performance in the Partner Portal:

  • Claim count — How many have been claimed
  • Supply remaining — Current availability
  • Claim velocity — Rate of claims over time

The Reward Agent can also provide perk analytics via rsnc_agent_perk_analytics.

Cross-Platform Visibility​

Perks are visible everywhere:

  • Perks Marketplace (perks.rsnc.network)
  • Discord Bot — Users can browse and claim perks via bot commands
  • Telegram Bot — Perks available in Telegram interface
  • Shopify Storefront Widget — Customers see perks on your store
  • AI Assistants — Via MCP Server and Reward Agent

Perk Redemption for Shopify​

When a Shopify customer redeems a perk through the storefront widget, the Shopify App automatically generates a Shopify discount code. The code is:

  • Single-use
  • Customer-specific
  • Time-limited (30 days default)
